Technology is rapidly becoming our future. We constantly use technology in the classroom to further knowledge. In order to prepare our children for the future, it is important that we provide them the means to improve their technological knowledge. Because technology is an everyday aspect in our lives, why not provide it in the classroom? iPads make learning interactive, engaging, and fun. By providing students with iPads, they are granted the freedom to work in a more comfortable atmosphere, rather than having to sit in yet another chair at a computer. iPads would allow students to work on and improve skills such as handwriting, recognizing letter names and sounds, recognizing colors, and gaining number sense at individual skill levels and pace.
