Our school is amazing. Over 94% of our families live in poverty. Students face a great deal of diversity daily. I would love to allow them the use of a digital camera. This is an item that is taken for granted in many homes. Teaching students to document their surroundings, preserve memories and learning while using technology is very beneficial. Students would learn to upload photos and create PowerPoint's, Animoto videos and add photos to our class newsletters. This would allow families a chance to literally see what their students are learning.
