These materials will help my students in a variety of ways. First, the wobble stools and balance ball chair will allow them movement while they are learning, which is so important for kids with ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) and kids who are struggling as it helps them access the whole brain. The Chromebooks will allow my low income students access to technology like text-to-speech software, audio books online, and word processing software, with spell check, to help make their writing as good as everyone other student. The small size of these will also allow my kids to be able to easily use them in the regular classroom at their desks so they are part of the class with their friends.
