Centers are the perfect time for individualized learning and exploration. My students will use the Osmo Genius Kit to build words and develop phonics skills. In Math they can use it to add, subtract, do geometry, and practice reasoning skills. I am requesting an iPad as well to make this a complete learning package! This tool has so many benefits for learning and I cannot wait for my students to start using it! Most importantly it will allow students at all ability levels to be challenged where they personally need it most. This will be hands-on, fun, engaging learning! My students need technology materials to utilize with our iPad centers. Giving them the opportunity to learn, create, manipulate, and eventually code will strengthen their skills in this ever-changing technological world. My goal is for students to complete their independent work and then utilize their time with Osmo. I believe this will expose many students to technology they don't typically have access to. And as their teacher, I want to give them opportunities to learn things that they won't be exposed to otherwise. Please help our "Little" learners become geniuses by funding the Osmo Genius Kit for our classroom. Thank you!
