My content area is Science and my proposed project with supplement our curriculum with a more hands on and real life experiences for our students. They will see and understand the content by how it works in real life experiences they will be preforming with the supplies I am asking for. These hands on experiments will promote instructional strategies that challenge our academic content. This project will also increase collaborative learning with students. When a student sees and experiences Science they are no longer memorizing the content for the test they will be embracing education and what it means in the world we live in. With that vision I see our project creating lifelong learners in our students.
