Students love to throw and catch balls. They love a game I made up called ultimate handball. Students are split into two teams. Each team may stay on one side of a basketball court. The object of the game is to throw the ball into the other teams goal which is placed underneath the basket. Students run around to collect the dodgeballs to throw into the other teams Goal. Students are so focused on trying to score a goal that they forget how much they are actually exercising. They finish the game exhausted and ready to focus in the classroom.
