All of my students will be learning key mathematics skills through virtual learning this quarter. These math skills will be the foundation for future math success. The materials that I have chosen for this project will help students to understand and master key math skills through the use of hands-on math manipulatives. My students will use base-ten blocks, double-sided counters, and tens frames to build a strong mathematics foundation while learning from home. My class is filled with a diverse group of learners who will need varied instruction. Math manipulatives will allow all students a hands-on approach and engaging experience for diving into a new year of math skills.
