COVID has impacted our students' math proficiency. As a Mathematics Coach, I support students and teachers at my school. We are a great need of math resources to assure students have the tools they need to achieve math mastery. The items in this project are directly related to the common core standards. For example, sixth graders will learn and practice Expressions and Equations (EE Standards) with the Hands-On Equation program. Third and fourth graders will practice multiplication facts using pop-its. We have developed a fun system where we use ninja belts to celebrate their fact fluency. Fifth graders will explain their mathematical thinking with the use of poster charts and markers. Thanks for helping us grow as mathematicians!
