Playing Monopoly will give students a fun and interactive way to experience what it is like to be an entrepreneur. It is important to have enough games so students can play in groups of six or less. Because I only have individual workstations in my classroom, the tables will allow students to layout the game and come together as a group for the shared learning experience playing the game will provide. Students who are selected as the bankers will need calculators to easily do quick math to make sure everyone's funds are in order. If the groups have a calculator, it will encourage a student who aren't good with math to step up as banker.
