In this new generation in education, students thrive in engaging in learning at their fingertips. The advancement in instructional materials readily available to our youngsters has grown tremendously. The educational programs that teachers are using today require students to have access to devices that accelerate learning and personalize their knowledge to practice what they are learning—all at the same time allowing for our youngsters to access information in a variety of ways. Our school takes PRIDE in meeting the needs of ALL our learners within our school community. We embrace each child's individuality and adapt our curriculum and instruction to meet their needs. As educators, we know the importance of "keeping up" with the advancements in academic education and learning to ensure that our youngsters continue to flourish through adversity. Our students will have access to IPad's and engage in games, music, digital books, instructional programs to enhance their learning. They will work in small groups to read and write using their tablets to demonstrate their understanding or assist our students in developing an experience that was previously a challenge for them. The IPad's will also be used as a tool to motivate our students.
