The materials in class will make our classroom a fun and happy place to be. In a low-income neighborhood, these items are greatly appreciated. Something as small as a working dry erase marker would help students engage in learning. Students will be excited to know these items are gifts for them! Our listening center will be awesome to have when it comes to engaging in reading. The color in our classroom will pop when students see our bulletin boards with bright colors against the beige walls-something that makes a huge difference in learning. I trust that these small items will make it exciting to come to school.
