We are going to be using these books among 7 different 4th and 5th grade classrooms for students to use in their guided reading groups. We need enough books that several groups can use them at one time. Students will be partner reading these books, as well as using interactive notebooks to increase their understanding. These books are going to be used to gain comprehension skills, learn about different genres, and gain confidence in their ability to read. By having these books for the students to read, they have the ability to become more independent readers and use their knowledge in the future.

About my class
