Our students can express themselves, share their stories, and develop thinking and fine motor skills all through the process of making art. I want to give our students the ability to work with quality materials to explore how line, shape, color etc. can be used as a language. To create self-portraits, we'll need free-standing mirrors for each child to truly observe facial proportions and details. We'll explore this subject with tempera paint and relief prints. Both the brushes and printing plates will give students the quality materials they need so they can have better control over each line they create. Let's do this!
