Who wants mediocre learning after being absent from the classroom?? When students return to my class, I want vibrant colors on the walls, in their learning and within my personality. I want my students to learn with supplies that are appealing to the eye. In an ELA class, notes can be redundant and boring, but if students can highlight unknown vocabulary with various colors, they are more likely to remember the word and definition. Creating a vibrant environment for learning is imperative as I push to support my students needs.
