The carpet area is the most important place in our classroom. I just want my students, who lost their homes and school in the Camp fire, to have a beautiful area rug to replace the beautiful rug we had prior to the fire. I chose a rug that is very similar to the rug that burnt in the fire. The world and children in a circle printed on the rug represent the unity we all felt prior to that day we lost our school and town. I also want them to have something familiar from their lost classroom. I believe this will provide much needed comfort to them in this difficult time. Please help if you can. Thank you.
