"Autism is one word trying to describe millions of stories." All of my students have Autism Spectrum Disorder. Every student has his own unique strengths and needs. All of my students need a high level of adult supervision and assistance throughout the day. Some of my students struggle more with communication, while others struggle with appropriate social behavior and interactions. A variety of supports are put in place to help my students be successful in achieving their individualized goals. Any milestone - big or small - is celebrated in my classroom. As no 2 students in my class are exactly the same, neither are our days. Each day is a new and exciting adventure. My students amaze me every single day.
