I'm a proud kindergarten teacher at Scotland Park Elementary. My students are high poverty and mostly minority, with almost 100% qualifying for free and reduced lunch. These incredible children are overcoming obstacles daily in their lives to be successful at school, and have taught me to never take things for granted. My campus unfortunately does not have a pta or pto and often struggles to raise funding for things they so desperately need. I recently found out about this site from a friend, and I'm humbled and amazed that there are people out there who are willing to help. Thank you for caring about these students!
