Flexible seating allows students to choose the type of seat that they want to sit in. Having seats that force kids to balance while they work is a great way to help students with ADHD to focus. One student specifically will be able to use the resistance bands to kick his feet while he works instead of kicking the chair legs. Another student will use the wiggle stool to help him get some movement out while he works. Having different types of seats available for my students to utilize will help each student find the perfect seat for their learning style.
