My students need both the ability to move and the structure to sit still to be able to focus at the important work at hand. LEARNING TO READ! I am hoping to purchase a set of Wobble stools for my guided reading table to give my readers the opportunity to wiggle while reading. First grade starts at six years old, and these young children need a stool that engages their active bodies and is at an appropriate height for their development. These specialized stools double as active seating for students to be able to move while learning AND as a personal table, if a child prefers to work on the floor. I respectfully request six, 12 inch Hokki Stools! These stools are a proven tool in many classrooms across America, helping students stay active while still focusing and learning! Let's face it, school is hard for many students, but it is especially challenging for my students with disabilities. Providing these students with new Hokki stools.
