We have a wonderful group of students who each learn in their own special way. Providing an environment which is different than your regular desk and chair, allows each student to access their thinking in a whole new way. How do you learn? Do you like to lay in your bed reading a good book? Or what about tapping into your potential using bands and stools. Let's get creative in the way students learn. I would love to see my students working in a comfortable and suitable learning environment. We started using scoop rockers in our classroom library and independent reading has become the highlight of the learning day. Each subject could be special with the help of the items like the Gaiam Sitting Ball, cushions, and lap desks. Each student would have their individual needs met with flexible seating arrangements.
