Having iPads in the classroom will allow students to have access to technology that is familiar to them. We can use them across the curriculum in different ways. For Writing, we can have them use Google Classroom to complete writing assignments and edit their work. For Math, we can use apps and programs like XtraMath, MobyMax, or Kahn Academy to practice necessary skills tailored to student needs. For Science, we can record our STEAM activities and create an iMovie to present our projects. The iPads will allow the students to take charge of their own learning and become more independent.
