My students have seen videos of cardio drumming and have been dying to get to try it! They love when we do our dance and rhythm unit but they are getting a little bored with just dancing and not all of them get as into it as others. Being able to put stability balls in front of the kids while they dance will take it to a whole new level. Getting the kids active will be an easier feat when they get to drum on something while they dance. Many of the kids will never get to experience anything like this outside of elementary school. I can see this soon becoming one of their favorite activities in the gym.
