This project will enable our students to strengthen their collaboration skills by facilitating group work. For example, the large scale sticky notes will enable groups to work together to create graphs, diagrams, and posters to teach and learn from one another. The colored paper will promote organization skills and help to better prepare students for assessments. Prior to the start of each unit, students will receive a Unit Overview that breaks down the unit into the standards they will learn. This Overview will provide students with a guide for where we will go over the course of the unit, as well as opportunities to self-assess and "prove" their understanding to themselves and their peers prior to test and quizzes.
