Playground equipment that is age and size appropriate will allow our youngest students to access the equipment and develop gross motor skills. The equipment will also increase peer interactions and cooperation. All of this recess equipment was student requested. The students are excited to have things to do that are their size. Scooter Boards are very exciting and develop balance and coordination. The Rhino Skin balls will allow active play without the risk of injury, and a basketball hoop will engage several students at the same time. The young students will enjoy the challenge of both hoola hoops and stilts. All of this play equipment will enable students to enjoy develping their large motor skill in a fun and engaging way.
