Flexible seating is becoming increasingly popular in today's classrooms. Flexible seating is simply having different seating options available to students. I'm sure we can all remember being uncomfortable sitting in a hard plastic or wooden chair for long periods of time. In a world where everyone is so used to being constantly "on the go", our students need different options for seating. The Gaiam Balance Ball Chair is a fantastic option for students who struggle with concentration. This chair enables the students to focus on sitting still (and more comfortably) which in turn increases the student's ability to focus on the lesson being taught. This will result in increased academic performance and overall confidence.
