We are in need of 4 class Fitbits to track our exercise and movement levels through the day. Each day, 4 different students will track our movements in order to make sure we are fulfilling enough exercise to keep third graders active and engaged during school. We will also compare our data on an ongoing basis both daily and weekly. We will be able to integrate our fitness steps into our math class. We will use an iPad to sync our Fit-Bits with the Bluetooth feature. My wonderful third grade students would love to take brain breaks during their academic day. My students need an Apple T.V. and iPad to take brain breaks throughout their academic day. Using the Apple T.V. would allow us to project go noodle videos and exercise videos in efforts to stay fit while learning.
