When students are able to independently engage in a reading they are growing their brains. This helps students learn and discover new ideas independently creating competent sense makers of society. The rugs will be used during morning meeting, class read out loads, math, centers, and closing circle. These rugs will help create a more welcoming classroom where students feel safe and also provide some warmth instead of sitting on tile. These will greatly help my students and many future students grow. The teacher easel will allow carpet instruction to flow better. I'll be able to teach on the level of my kids without standing up and redirecting attention. This will increase efficiency and create a more engaging learning environment. Thank you for your investment in our kids futures.
