Children are wired for high levels of movement! Research shows that students learn more when given brain breaks and opportunities for movement while learning. I want students to come to class each day ready to learn. Ball chairs will help accommodate students with special learning and attention needs. When students' brains are stimulated through movement they are able to engage in learning and have increases in attention span. Having choices in where they are able to sit will set the tone for high levels of learning so I can guide students to reach their fullest potential! Having ball chairs in my classroom will help students gain better posture, increase their attention span, and engage their minds in learning.
