My students will engage in Reading and Math games that will enhance what they have already learned. It will give them opportunities to practice phonic skills such as making words and blending. They will also be able to practice different math skills such as addition and subtraction, money, and time. These games will also help with the development of my students social skills. Playing these different games will promote problem solving, peer negotiation, and conflict management. By donating to our project you will be providing learning and social development for my students and a place to play. The comfy carpet will be a cozy place where my students can play instead of sitting on the hard floor or at their small desks.
