The reason I'm doing this project is because most of my boys live in poverty and buying their gear can be difficult. Our school budget is very low and we barely make ends meet every season. Last year we used generic Polos from a retail store, but this year we have to wear Nike due to a contract with our school. When it comes to sports you impress on and off the field. Impressions are very important and when you look sharp you feel good and perform on the field and in the classroom. In the past nine years, 38 of our student-athletes have received scholarships to play soccer at the college level and 1 has gone pro. This is why we take pride in every aspect of our program.
