My students need access to the Oculus Go virtual reality (VR) headset so they can see that a world exists beyond our community. With this device, the opportunities for virtual reality are endless. For example, when my 6th graders study Ancient Rome, we can tour the Colosseum. When my 7th graders study the human body, we can explore life inside a cell. When my 8th graders study astronomy, we can take a virtual tour of the Milky Way. And when I integrate Discovery Education's Virtual Reality tours into our learning, we can go anywhere using the Oculus Go Virtual Reality headset. There's no place they can't see with your help!
