I teach at a Title 1 school in Florida where 100% of students recieve free breakfast and lunch. My class is filled with diverse backgrounds and a high percentage of students are from low income families. Many students do not have access to technology at home. We use many online programs but we are limited to 4 computers making it difficult to have students work on projects or programs. I currently have students use my personal iPad to access these programs but this makes it limited with a class size of 20. I would like to be able to purchase another iPad for my students to use during workshop time. The best part is-my little students light up when they get to use something that they would never be able to use at home, not to mention- it is handheld making it very kid friendly! Don't worry, I will have a case and a safe place for it! Please help my students have the best learning experience possible.
