After being inspired by my teaching partner, talking with my wonderful teammates and reading up on flexible seating, I feel this is the perfect step forward to further engage my students. I will continue to use some of the existing stability balls as seating choices but would love to add to the variety. Flexible seating, in my opinion, will take my ball environment and give the students the power to choose what kind of learning space will be best for them. As you know to offer a variety of options and create an environment that sets the tone for collaborative work in a warm, inviting setting, can be expensive. Comfy chairs, rugs, end tables, bean bag chairs, lap desks, clipboards and so much more are needed to begin to transform my world. Through your support, the donations will help build the perfect environment for my students to thrive each and every day. Thank you!
