Welcome to my teacher page! I am excited to announce that I will be transitioning from fifth grade to first grade. This will be my 21st year teaching and although I loved fifth grade reading, I am thrilled to return to the primary grades. As soon as my new students arrive in August, I will update photos to share with you. I have included a new project and am thankful, in advance, for your support. Since leaving fifth grade, I have been replenishing supplies for the younger children and am in the process of establishing the writing center in my new classroom. My students will require specialized centers, to include a writing center. While I am still able to use materials previously donated, these materials have taken on a different role. With this latest project, I intend to work tirelessly on helping students develop neat and attractive handwriting while aiding them in becoming confident writers.
