These donations will completely transform our classroom into an oasis for learning. The rug and bean bag chair will instantly make our classroom library a comfortable, cozy and warm environment set to take students on limitless adventures through literature. My students do not have these luxuries in their homes, and our classroom is the closest thing to a vacation these kids will experience. We are fortunate enough to access 12 iPads for center work; however using them without headphones is, as you can imagine, a challenge and distraction to the remaining half of the class. Headphones will be instrumental in allowing us to listen to our work silently and create a calm, peaceful environment for all 25 children.
