My students come to me for a special time set aside during the day just for reading. During this time, we do small group lessons. Horseshoe tables have proven to make small group settings more successful. The teacher has the ability to see all students and in return all students can see the teacher. Horseshoe tables also allow the instructor to easily distribute materials to students which saves instruction time. The small group setting is the ultimate way to access students who are struggling with academics. My students need the extra one on one time in which a horseshoe table would allow.
