I have enjoyed being a teacher for over 20 years for Dallas ISD and have been in my current classroom for over eight years . I teach Reading/Language Arts including Social Studies for a Dallas ISD school where most of my students are economically disadvantaged. Most of the chairs in my classroom are coming apart, rocking, and or bending. I have been in my current classroom for over eight years and the wear and tear of the chairs have finally taken their toll. I truly believe that students who have good seats to sit in obviously are more comfortable and are able to perform better on a day-to-day basis. This will ultimately positively affect their school performance and success!!
