Our classroom is currently set up with limited choices in seating. I provide many opportunities to move and engage in active discussions and projects. However, when students are asked to work independently, they are left with their chairs and desks. I can picture the looks on my students' faces if they were able to walk in and see new furniture options. The bands would allow for movement at their desks without causing distractions. The lap desks, garden mats, and floor chairs would allow comfortable floor seating for independent work. Our stools would provide comfortable seating during our small group lessons. My class would thrive with more seating options!
