Next year will be my eighteenth year teaching kindergarten at the same school I started my teaching career. Each year my kindergarten classroom is full of bright and curious learners and I love the excitement and joy the students find in their learning. My young students are active learners and love learning in a variety ways including interacting with technology, creating/experimenting through hands-on learning and engaging in play. Because they come to kindergarten with a broad spectrum of learning experiences and background knowledge, it is important to meet their individual learning styles and needs. I love teaching and learning alongside my kindergarteners and think I have the best job in the world!
