I am getting ready to begin my fifteenth year teaching first grade! I am excited for my new group of first graders to join me, but also a little nervous because of the uncertain times that we are living in and trying to adapt to going back to school. I am wanting to put two air purifiers in my classroom to give students, parents, paras, and myself a little more peace of mind as we return to school this fall. I feel that by doing this, parents will know that I am taking every precaution necessary to keep their children safe. I want my students (and parents) to be excited for this school year and I want for them to feel confident that I am doing everything that I can to make the best of this year and the time we get to spend together. Not only will these air purifiers benefit this year's class, but it will benefit my classes for years to come.
