Technology use is a necessary skills in today's society. Not only do kids need technology to help continue their education, they need a well rounded background with technology to get a job. These tablets will be used every day in my classroom helping my students further their understanding of Reading, Writing and Comprehension. Students will have books available at their reading level as well as books beyond their level. They will be able to choose reading materials that are current, engaging and high interest topics. My ESL students will have apps so books can be read to them. Students will be able to use the tablets to access facts to add to their non-fiction writing. We will also use the tablets for a variety of multimedia project like book review, trailers, character compare & contrast.
