My club will be called the Never Boarder's Club. In Never Boarder's, students will choose the game they want to play. The variety of games chosen are used to help promote the following skills - strategic planning, probability, spatial intelligence, creative writing, comprehension, critical thinking, vocabulary, cooperation, and communication, These board games incorporate themes such as geography, math, science and language arts skills in a fun way. STEAM skills are also involved in each game. Every single student in the school will have the chance to rotate through this club on a four and a half week schedule. These games can easily be reused. My students' confidence and problem solving skills will soar, and they will lose their fear of trying something new and having it not work.
