I am excited about receiving resources that will benefit the multicultural and socioeconomic diverse student population that I serve in my class, which resides in the Los Angeles area. Many of my students come from low-income households that cannot afford the basic materials needed for instruction on a daily basis, so resources like supplemental reading materials or technology are absent in their homes and I would like to provide these resources in my class.
