Welcome to the Computer Lab! We actually have two computer labs at our primary school where all 750 students in kindergarten through second grade come to visit every three days. If today is your first day visiting us, we hope it's a Monday or Tuesday so that we will see you again before the weekend! When you first enter our room you will sit on the floor and face a tv or projected area. The teacher will show you the computer program you will be working on today. Because you're five, six, or seven years old, we will probably call them "games" and say you'll be "playing" on the computer. Of course we know that you'll really be working and learning! Once we've reviewed the skills with you that your teacher has been teaching you, it is off to the computers! You will sit with your headphones on and work independently for about 30 minutes. Enjoy this time and feel free to raise your hand with any questions.
