Studies have shown that when students exercise and move their bodies while learning, they learn better and retain more. I would like to have bike exercisers under each of my students' desks so that they can pedal at any time during the school day to help them release their excess energy and still learn! This will benefit students with ADHD as well as ALL students. With the school day being so regimented, this will be helpful way for the students to still get those "ants out of their pants" and enjoy learning! By getting these bike exercisers, every student will get the opportunity to stay active at any point of the day and still learn. This particular model folds up nicely so that if a student is finished for the day, they can simply put the pedals away and keep enjoying their school day. Again, any assistance you can give is greatly appreciated by myself and my 5th graders!
