We live in a small rural community with few opportunities for participation in inter mural sports. Soccer is one of the ways that my students are able to leave our small town and visit other communities. These two requested soccer nets will allow my students practice in their safe space, build confidence in their abilities, allowing them to be willing to participate in soccer in other communities. Without practice nets my students are less able to hone their skills and less willing to play with more experienced student athletes. I want what is best for my students. Including the opportunity to participate in sports and other team building activities.
