The donations to this project with go towards helping my students create organized notes to help them study the important concepts we are learning in class. They will create memorable notes through colorful notes and graphs. A lot of my students want to study but struggle with how to study math. The index cards, sticky notes, colored pencils and other materials will go towards helping them to create their own organized study guide for every unit this year. This will help my students learn how to summarize the big ideas of each unit in order to focus their study time. They will be easy to reference so that they can take advantage of their long commute time on the train. The study guides will be attached to file folders to keep them nice, neat, and organized through the end of the year when they will use them to study for the Regents exam.
