In my classroom students would be able to used iPods to help reinforce skills and literacy that they are learning in reading. This is a great opportunity for students to be able to have these during our small group instruction and in their reading center. We use the literacy series of Superkids Reading and it has a lot of online games and books that the students could practice if they had these iPods in the classroom. Reading and literacy are very important components in my kindergarten classroom. This would also give students the opportunity to reinforce math, science, and social studies skills.
