This year is an unprecedented one in so many ways. We are beginning our school year in a 'blended model' - this means that my students will alternate between learning in the building and learning from home. Unfortunately, school budgets across the city have been slashed, leaving teachers with very little resources -at a time when we need them most! My students are visual learners, and I adapt, create and print almost all of the resources that I use to help them learn. This printer will allow me to make these resources every day. Help me fill my student's world with color and the visuals they need, both in school and at home. In addition to the resources my students will use in the school building, I want to send home materials for them to use during 'remote learning' each week (most of them do not have the resources to print materials sent to them digitally). This printer will make a world of difference for my students, and will help them learn and grow during these unusual times.
