My students need materials and tools necessary for keeping them focused, organized, and accountable for their learning. They need interactive folders to keep student work organized, and they will need pens or pencils to help them with understanding preparation. Students generally struggle with organization, accountability, and responsibility. The students at my school need assistance with simple school supplies and tools necessary for learning daily. Our students will use materials to keep focus in the classroom and organize their learning. The use of manila folders will go to organizing our students in what I call a monthly agenda sheet stapled on to the folder. Students will use color pencils to design there monthly agendas, allowing ownership over their folder. The copying paper will be used to make copies for the agenda sheets which will change month to month based on the calendar days. Our students will also use materials and manipulatives during our review periods to help them with organizing their learning and projects. Your generous donation to our project will improve our 11th grade class by assisting in their continued development and understanding of accountability for organizing their assignments and tasks. They will love school and education and feel comfortable about their ability to learn at the next level.
